Memorial Villages Fire Department's Family Safety Training

Memorial Villages Fire Department is offering a Family Safety training, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the fire station. Topics will include: 

• Emergency escape planning for families, while at home and away
• Hands on use of emergency escape ladders
• Home fire extinguishers
• Hands on extinguishing of pan fires
• Safety and first aid tips from the professionals
• Questions and answers from the fire chief

There will be refreshments, a tour of the fire station and fire trucks. Class attendance is not limited but there will be limited chairs; please bring your own chair if you have one.
