Memorial Villages National Night Out Against Crime

Families will enjoy many fun and interactive things to see and do. Come and meet your neighbors, elected officials and public safety professionals. You will be able to experience a close up look of our newest police vehicles, inside and out. Entertainment will be provided by a live band that includes some of our very own officers. Food will be provided by area stores and restaurants. We are asking that all residents bring a blanket to sit on while listening to the music and then help, by donating it to a local homeless shelter. We will collect the blankets and deliver them before the weather changes to those in need.

Please come out and visit with your police department. City officials from our three cities and police commissioners will also be on hand. Lots of hotdogs, snow cones, cotton candy, ice cream, and a few more surprises too.

MVPD Chief J.D. Sanders will kick off the evening at 5 p.m. on the band stage. Representatives from all three cities will offer remarks - Hunters Creek at 6 p.m., Piney Point at 7 p.m., Bunker Hill at 8 p.m.

Food includes hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, pizza and more.
