Nature Discovery Center's annual fall festival and pumpkin patch includes two days of fall fun for the whole family, including a horse-drawn wagon ride, costume contest, dog costume parade (Sunday only), a ton of festival games, activities, food trucks and vendors, and more. 

Pumpkins may be purchased at the Pumpkin Tent on the front lawn during the event Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. There will be mini-pumpkins and gourds, pie pumpkins, jack-o-lantern pumpkins, and a huge pumpkin for sale. Stop by the pumpkin patch and Pumpkin Tent for exact pricing. NDC will be offering optional Curbside Pumpkin Pick-up again this year. If you opt for this service, we’ll label your purchased pumpkins and set them aside for pick up when you are ready to leave the event. Just drive south on Newcastle alongside the park and stop in the designated Pumpkin Pick Up Area and we’ll bring your pre-purchased pumpkins to your car.
