Peter and the Wolf at the Houston Zoo

The River Oaks Chamber Orchestra ROCO and the InterActive Theater Company return to the Houston Zoo for three afternoon performances of the revered children’s classic, Peter and the Wolf, Jan. 18, 2015 at 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. 

The story was originally intended to “cultivate musical tastes in children from the first years of school” and has delighted children for generations. An ensemble of ROCO musicians will play Prokofiev’s composition while actors from InterActive Theater Company act out the story.
