Self-Defense for Women

This one-hour seminar is designed for women of all ages and experience levels. Abrielle Sarah Fuerst will instruct participants how preparation and training can keep people safe, increase safety awareness, and reduce opportunity for injury. Participants will learn how to escape from wrist grabs and choke holds, how and where to strike to effectively disable an attacker and how to avoid potentially dangerous situations. There are limited spaces available.
