Sounds of Summer

Rice Village is hosting Sounds of Summer, a weekly concert series in the Morningside Plaza by Hopdoddy. Concerts will take place on Fridays, 5:30-7:30 p.m., May 4-25. The lineup includes: 

• May 4: Mix of southern soul with rhythm and blues from the dynamic Texas duo The Gibbonses
• May 11: Acoustic sounds by Adrian Michael
• May 18: Latin beats and moves from the Shekere Band
• May 25: Dance party with DJ Mr. Duke
