Stratford Playhouse Presents "HARVEY"

Stratford Playhouse is excited to open their 2017-18 season with Pulitzer Prize winning play, Harvey, Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017. Harvey, a time-honored classic comedy written by Mary Chase, is the story of a perfect gentleman, Elwood P. Dowd, and his inseparable best friend and confidant, Harvey. Of course, only Elwood can see Harvey, who just happens to be a six-foot-three-and-a-half-inch white rabbit. Any wonder Elwood's family decides a peaceful sanitarium might be a suitable move for him…and Harvey? But a sanitarium turns out to be the perfect place for a comedy of errors that prove Elwood - and Harvey - may be the sanest characters around.
