Stratford Playhouse Presents 'The Play That Goes Wrong'
Stratford Playhouse will present the hysterically funny The Play That Goes Wrong. Originally produced on the West End Stage in London and then brought to Broadway, this “show within a show” begins with the Cornley University Drama Society attempting to put on a 1920s murder mystery, but as the title suggests, everything that can go wrong…does, and as the accident-prone actors continue with the show in bewilderment, the mayhem on stage gets more and more chaotic.
Performances are scheduled for Oct. 20, 21, 26, and 28 at 7:30 p.m., with matinee performances at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 21, 22, and 28 at the Stratford Auditorium.
