Theatre In Our Schools Proclamation Viewing

Lamar High School Theatre is honored to welcome Houston City Council Member Sallie Alcorn, to present a Proclamation recognizing our theatre program’s achievements in accordance with Theatre in Our Schools Month, a nationwide celebration held yearly in March with the purpose of spreading the importance of theatre education. Following the performance, the Lamar Texans Theatre Company will be partaking in a free, special presentation of our UIL One-Act Play, Nellie by Robby Steltz, in our Black Box Theatre.
