Winter in Tuscany Cooking Class

 Learn about Tuscan food from a native in this class dedicated to specialties from the San Gimignano region. Sarah Fioroni, cookbook author and owenr of Fattoria Poggio Allora Agriturismo in Tuscany of will introduce participants to these seasonal delights:

  • Winter Salad with Nuts, Pecorino Cheese & Pears paired with Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Fattoria Poggio Alloro; 
  • Fusilli with Sausage & Leeks paired with Chianti DOCG Fattoria Poggio Alloro; 
  • Florentine Pork Loin  paired with San Gimignano Rosso DOC "Convivio"; 
  • Roasted Potatoes with Tuscan Herbs; and Panna Cotta with Fruits of the Forest.
