Enjoy fall festivities at the Zoo during Zoo Boo presented by King & Spalding. Costumes are encouraged. Highlights include the Carved Pumpkins sponsored by Frost Bank, Pumpkin Tree sponsored by Proud Source, animal-themed Peek-a-Boo Pumpkins, the Pumpkin Lantern Tunnel between the lions and tiger exhibits, the spooktacular Scary-Go-Round, photo ops all over the Zoo, daily fall-themed enrichment for the animals, and more! New this year:
- Explore the Ghost Town located between Cypress Circle and the giraffe barn
- See Glowing Pumpkins near Flamingo Terrace
- Talking Pumpkins located in African Forest near the Arrival Building and at the end of Spooky Forest
Zoo Boo takes place frm Sept. 27 through Oct. 31, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. with last entry at 4 p.m. (Note: The Zoo will be closing early for a private event on Sat., Oct. 19 at 3 p.m., with last entry at 2 p.m.) On select dates, hours will be extended to allow guests to experience the fun lights and spooky sparkle of Zoo Boo after hours.
Zoo Boo After Hours Dates: Sept. 27; Oct. 4, 11, 18, 23-30, 5-9:30 p.m., last entry at 8 p.m.
