Robert Westheimer, a retired CPA of 28 years, is now founder and chairman of the non-profit Newspring and a published author. He held a book signing at Chapelwood United Methodist Church for his book When God Calls, How Do You Answer? Newspring has visual-arts programs that support academic achievement and career opportunities for high school and college students from the Spring Branch area.
