Green Chile Dip
From The Houston Junior League Cookbook
Ingredients:
1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, chopped
1 large package (8 oz.) cream cheese
Mayonnaise to soften cheese
1 teaspoon grated onion
Lemon juice, to taste
Recipe directions:
Mix all ingredients; taste, and correct seasoning. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with Tostados or corn chips. Makes approximately 1½ cups. Serves 8 to 10
