Condit bids farewell

Kathy Higgins (pictured, at left) has been a beloved kindergarten teacher at Condit Elementary for 16 years. She and her husband Mike will be moving to Amelia Island, Florida, where she has taken a kindergarten teaching position at Fernandina Beach Christian Academy. At Amelia Island, she’ll be closer to her family, who reside in Savannah, Georgia. She will be back to visit Houston and San Antonio, as her children, Chris and Allison, live in Boerne, Texas. The Condit community will miss her words of wisdom, numerous contributions of time, energy, and passion. Kathy said, "I will miss the entire Bellaire community, and in particular my parents and students, as they have made me feel part of their family."
