Looming large on a white plate, the mammoth, 40-ounce, on-the-bone akaushi beef is meant to be shared, along with the teetering seafood tower. Aside from the colossal offerings, the skillfully prepared steaks and seafood aim to please, including such appetizers as the maple-glazed quail with spicy sriracha sauce and the Lyonnaise potatoes sautéed with caramelized onions. Here at the opulent steakhouse across the street from Minute Maid Park, the martini is as icy as Dean Martin crooning in the plush lounge.
