Energy Corridor Recycles Day 2016!
Join the Energy Corridor District for the 8th Annual Energy Corridor Recycles Day, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, where you can properly dispose of e-waste, reduce clutter and help Mother Earth!
Energy Corridor Recycles Day will accept a huge variety of unused electronics, from computers, mice, keyboards, drives, printers and servers to phones, cameras, game consoles, VCRs, stereos, drives, monitors, media, fax machines and more. Even your hair styling utensils, alarm clocks and electric fans.
At West Houston's largest e-waste recycling event you can sustainable purge your:
- unused electronics
- documents (with secure, confidential shredding)
- textiles, clothes and shoes
- toys
- household recyclables
Hundreds of thousands of pounds of electronics waste - with the potential to leak toxic chemicals into the environment - have been collected by The Energy Corridor District and its event sponsors during the annual Energy Corridor Recycles Day events.
Energy Corridor Recycles Day is sponsored by ConocoPhillips, CompuCycle, Republic Services and Shred Pro Services, LLC. Certified electronics recycling provided by CompuCycle.
