Kicking off another season

Charlie Dabney, Blake Stomel, Daniel Fewox, Garrett Hood, Breck Scott and William Gagliardi (pictured, from left) enjoyed the Bellaire Little League (BLL) opening-day ceremony. Along with their teammates, these rookie division Rockies are ready for a great season. Ballplayers and their families look forward to BLL Opening Day each year, and this year’s celebration did not disappoint. Chris Sizemore, league president, led the ceremony and introduced emcee Kailee Wong, former Houston Texans linebacker and Bellaire resident. Wong announced each team, from youngest to oldest, for the Parade of Teams, and then the players scattered to enjoy food trucks and other activities.
