Editor's Note: Houston PetSet Fierce and Fabulous Soiree cancelled due to Harvey. Everyone is invited to join co-chairs Dr. Devinder and Gina Bhatia, Tena Lundquist Faust and Tama Lundquist at the upcoming Houston PetSet Fierce & Fabulous Soirée on Sept. 22 at The Astorian. This year’s Soirée will start with cocktails at 7 p.m. as Leslie Alexander, a philanthropist, animal advocate and the owner of the Houston Rockets, is honored. The evening will include food prepared by Chef Rey Darthard of the Rockets, cocktails, dancing and a silent auction. Funds will go toward ending end homelessness and suffering for animals.
