Thomas Charles "Charlie" Leonard Jr. already has a lot going on in his little life. In his first 10 days of life since he was born, on Aug. 15, he has experienced his first eclipse and now Hurricane Harvey. The strawberry blonde with blue eyes is the son of Sommer and Thomas Leonard and brother to 3-year-old Aubin, who claims he is “her baby.” Grandparents are Kelly and Marc Socha and Eddie and Teresa Pool of El Campo and Ann and Charles Leonard of Bethesda, Maryland.
