Ingredients:
1 jumbo Earl Grey tea ice cube
2 ounces Scotch whiskey
Honey to taste
Twist of lemon peel
Recipe directions:
To one cup of hot water, add one or two bags of Earl Grey tea, depending on how strong you like your tea. Place tea into a jumbo-sized ice cube tray that makes 2-inch or larger cubes; freeze. Place the jumbo-sized Earl Grey ice cube into an old-fashioned glass. Pour Scotch whiskey on top and stir in honey to taste. Artfully add lemon twist and serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.
