Just hitched

Jeremy Schaffer and Joanna Kaplan tied the knot in December at Hotel ZaZa. Rabbi David Lyon officiated the ceremony. Jeremy met Joanna at a party, set up by Jeremy’s sister and Joanna’s first cousin, who are best friends. The wedding weekend kicked off with a rehearsal dinner at Ouisie’s Table. On Saturday, the groom and his wedding party enjoyed a group shave at The Boardroom in the Village, followed by lunch at Cyclone Anaya’s. Joanna is a nurse studying to be a nurse practitioner, and Jeremy works in oil and gas. Jeremy’s parents are Suzy and Jack Schaffer, and Joanna’s parents are DeDe and Brian Kaplan.
