The Optimist Club's Annual Super Bowl Weekend Rib and Brisket Sales

The Optimist Club of Bellaire is hosting its annual fundraiser: Super Bowl Weekend Rib and Brisket Sales. The club will be cooking and selling whole racks of pork ribs, beef briskets and pork butts on Saturday, Feb. 2, and Sunday, Feb. 3.

The club will be setting-up their barbecue pits at Feld Park near the corner of Avenue B and Bissonnet Street. Members will be taking orders soon for pick up on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend. Call their hotline to place an order: 832-782-7458.

The Optimist Club is an all-volunteer, non-profit charity organization and they raise funds to sponsor youth activities. They work closely with the city of Bellaire Parks and Recreation Department, and police and fire departments.
