Sophia Mafrige, Leigh Ann Doherty, Jana Seale Lawrence, and Lisa Jones Vieger
Celebrating more than 37 years of friendship and Gamma Phi Beta sorority sisterhood, Sophia Mafrige, Leigh Ann Doherty, Jana Seale Lawrence and Lisa Jones Vieger reunited for a weekend trip to Las Vegas to see George Strait. During their college years in the early ’80s at then-Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, the friends attended George Strait performances at small venues in the Hill Country. They have all continued to be big fans. While in Vegas, they learned of a tribute to Elvis Presley, decided to see the show and had a blast. The audience was encouraged to sing along with tribute artist Travis Allen. Pictured are (from left) Sophia, Leigh Ann, Travis, Jana and Lisa.
