Just wanna have fun
Legacy Community Health’s Mint Julep 2019 event was hosted at Rich’s nightclub. This year’s theme was Girls and (Guys) Just Wanna Have Fun, and the vibrant event raised $70,000 for Legacy’s HIV/AIDS programs. Co-chairs were Tony Bravo, Yvonne Cormier and Linda Cantu. Emcees were Domenic Cusano and the Fabulous Miss Ginger Grant. Legacy’s leadership, Katy Caldwell, Chree Boydstun and Elia Gabbanelli, presented this year’s Mint Julep Honorees Award to EPAH (Executive and Professional Association of Houston), Allison Thigpen, Laura Freeman, Gary Hammett and David LaDuke. Entertainers lighting up the electric stage included Wonders, Mona Lott Gill, Tequila Sheila and Clubby Christopher Prado. More than 200 revelers seen dancing all afternoon long included Liz Stepanian, Lizzy Perrin, Frank Billingsley, Kevin Gillard, David LaDuke and Amand Cloud.
