Work hard, play hard
Boomer Beasley, a junior at Bellaire High School, completed his Eagle Scout project, working on the playground at Bellaire Methodist School for Little Children. Boomer chose the project as he’s an alum of the school and Bellaire Methodist church is also the home of Troop 222, where he’s a member. Boomer, along with his dad, Mitch Beasley, plus 24 other Scouts, worked hard to power wash, extend the school garden, sand and paint the interior of the playhouse and rebuild the “ice cream stand” (pictured).
