Friendly drivers

When Stefani and Loren Twyford decided to visit former Houstonites Bill and Silvia Bogle in Germany, they had a bonus. The friends they’ve known for 30 years drove them around Germany for two weeks and a week in Denmark. On a hike in the Harz Mountains, they saw a spunky red squirrel dart through the forest – one of many surprises. They luxuriated at five-star Revita Health Hotel in Bad Lauterberg, Germany, before Stefani checked off a bucket-list item. They visited the architecturally delightful Moesgaard Museum that boasts the largest collection of prehistoric man in the world. Oh man, it was quite a trip.
