Having a ball

Tyler Rubinsky celebrated his seventh birthday with a sports-themed car parade led by Bellaire police and firefighters. As cars drove by, Tyler handed out individually sealed decorated cookies in sporty shapes (basketballs, footballs and baseballs) and received well wishes from family and friends. Among those celebrating the birthday boy were parents Liz and Scott Rubinsky, grandparents Ann and Richard Melamed, and Bill and Karen Rubinsky.
