ARToberFEST is an outdoor fine arts festival presented by The Grand 1894 Opera House, displaying the masterpieces of over 120 artists. Browse a wide selection of artwork, meet the artists, and enjoy food and entertainment in Galveston’s Historic Downtown Cultural Arts District. The festival takes place in person Oct. 15, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Oct. 16, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., with virtual event hours through Oct. 31.
