Oliver Lapin Family Day

Families will have the opportunity to make the world a better place through the spirit of Hanukkah. The event will immerse children, ages 3-10, in a global celebration featuring three authors with children’s stories from different cultures. Kids, of various age groups, will walk through the stories and enjoy several cultural experiences and activities to repair the world through good deeds. Oliver Lapin Family Day takes place Sun., Oct. 23 with two time slots: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. or 2-4 p.m. Choose the time that works best for your family.

Opportunities to make an impact:
1. Share Jewish culture and value by donating new or gently used Jewish children's books to the Curiosity Cruiser.
2. Plant a tree to help repair and restore the Earth. Trees for Houston will be giving families a tree to take home.
