This choreography-based class combines fun steps with a variety of upbeat Indian music. You will learn an easy to follow dance routine with complex moves that are broken down step-by-step. In our classes, there is no such thing as a right or wrong step; it’s about making the dance your own, putting a smile on your face and having a positive experience. You’ll leave our classes feeling empowered, motivated and energized. This class is open to all fitness levels and recommended for ages 13+.
