Meet the Maker, Chef Pairing Dinner with Dan Garrison
Join our founder and quarterback, Dan Garrison at The Rouxpour Restaurant and Bar in Friendswood, Texas for another unforgettable bourbon pairing dinner. Get there early to enjoy the Happy Hour and Welcome Cocktail at 6:30pm followed by a four course dinner which will be served alongside our Small Batch, HoneyDew, Single Barrel and Balmorhea expressions. Dan will tell you the history of Garrison Brothers Distillery and teach you the proper way to nose and taste bourbon whiskey.

Shrimp Adobo- chargrilled shrimp, adobo sauce, corn puree, tomato relish, crispy tortilla strips

Second Course:
Pork Ribeye- Marinated grilled pork ribeye, roasted butternut squash, chipotle braised collard greens, and butternut squash puree
Paired with Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon
Third Course:
Lamb Rack- Chargrilled Lamb lollipop, goat cheese polenta, garlic chili graze, pickled carrots

Poached Pears- Red Wine Poached pear, pastry cream, pecan crumble, and red wine syrup
