George, age 6

I’m George! I was born after the Astros won the World Series in 2017, so my family named me after George Springer. Now he plays for the Toronto Blue Jays (boo!). Napping is my favorite thing to do. I pretty much nap all day. I also love being with my brother Jack and sister Hayleigh. I’m not allowed in any beds except Hayleigh’s, but I’m only allowed to do that when she comes home from college at the holidays. I really like to eat, especially other people’s food – like my brother Jack’s leftover bananas from breakfast. Bananas are my favorite food... actually, there’s no food I don’t like. Taking walks is my least favorite thing to do. I love to people watch, so my family leaves the window open just for me. I don’t bark, and I don’t really lick people either. I just look at the people and contemplate.
