Jasper, age 8

Hi. My name is Jasper, or Jaspey, as my mommy calls me. I’m a soft-coated Wheaten Terrier. I love to lounge on the cold tile during a hot day, or chase the neighborhood squirrels that regularly visit my backyard. But my absolute favorite thing to do is to ride along with my mommy and daddy for an exciting car ride. Since I’m 8 years old you may think I’m too old to keep up with all the young pups; however, all the squirrels that I have chased up my tree would tell you otherwise. My mommy loves to dress me up in all types of costumes, including “Where’s Waldo” for Halloween. During the NCAA tournament, my mommy and daddy’s alma mater, the University of Arizona, made it to the Sweet 16, so I, of course, had to dress up in my “Bear Down” gear.
