Watt a night
Over 7,000 supporters filled Constellation Field in Sugar Land for the second annual J.J. Watt Charity Classic. The event sold out months earlier, within a few hours. The softball game featured the Houston Texans offense vs. the defense. In the home-run derby, Shiloh Keo beat out teammate Watt in the finals. In the end, Team Offense took home the championship trophy. Watt took time to say thanks to the boys who helped shag balls in the outfield before the game. The Bellaire baseball players were honored to be part of an event that raised more than $400,000 to help fund after-school athletic programs for middle school kids in Texas and Wisconsin (Watt’s home state).
