Despite some rain, the annual Walk With Me event, benefiting Easter Seals Greater Houston, had more than 2,000 walkers and raised over $426,000 to help children and adults with disabilities. Participants viewed giraffes, elephants and more as they walked the paths through the zoo. Following the walk, the celebration continued with music by Chris Johnson and the Imports, children’s activities and animal shows.
