Diane White

As Assistant City Manager for the City of Bellaire, Diane White is responsible for the day to day operations of the Organizational Services Department. She is responsible for the budget & research, public information, website administration, emergency management organization and is acting City Manager in the absence of the City Manager. Diane started with the City in 2002 as the Budget Officer and was promoted to Assistant City Manager in 2006. Prior to her employment with the City of Bellaire she worked at the City of Sugar Land, Texas, Town of Atlantic Beach, NC and served four years in the United States Army. Diane received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Master of Business degree from the University of Houston. She is a member of the Texas City Manager’s Association (TCMA), and the Houston Galveston PIO Network.
