As a Customer Service Clerk with the McGovern-Stella Link Neighborhood Library, Jacob Hornbeak works to promote literacy and learning in a diverse community. Like most areas throughout Houston, McGovern-Stella Link is a place where the tongues of many peoples mingle and hands from many lands toil together, and here, the staff does what they can to foster communication and understanding.
