Easy Ramen Noodles with Veggies
Summer interns Abby Cohan and Benjamin Cohen brainstormed easy, inexpensive meals and snacks that could be made from a dorm room.
Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen peas and carrots (or other frozen veggies of choice)
1 package of ramen noodles
Recipe directions:
Add water to frozen peas and carrots and microwave for 2 minutes in a bowl. Add water to ramen noodle cup and microwave (follow package instructions). Pour ramen noodles into a bowl and add peas and carrots and enjoy.
