Frozen Bellini

From Stop and Smell the Rosemary

Ingredients: 

4 ounces vodka (½ cup)
4 ounces peach nectar (½ cup)
4 ounces peach schnapps (½ cup)
4 ounces champagne (½ cup)
5 ounces canned peaches, drained
Crushed ice

Recipe directions: 

Combine vodka, peach nectar, peach schnapps, champagne and peaches in a blender. Mix well. Fill blender with ice to the top. Blend on high speed. Serve immediately. Store unused portion in the freezer.
