Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups
4 Tbsp. honey
4 Tbsp. nut-butter
2 cups of granola
12 muffin tin liners
3 cups Greek yogurt (flavors of choice)
Optional toppings: fruits or cocoa nibs
Pour nut-butter and honey together in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted. In a separate, larger bowl, pour granola, then add nut-butter/honey on top. Mix until nut-butter/honey evenly distributed among granola. Then, line a muffin tin with liners. Evenly distribute granola mixture into each cup. Then add Greek yogurt to the top of each paper liner. Add toppings of choice.
Cover with foil and freeze for at least 12 hours. Peel paper, and enjoy!
