3 cups sweet potatoes, baked (3 mediums, baked at 400 F until done)
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup flour
1 stick margarine, room temperature
¾ cup nuts (chopped pecans or walnuts)
Preheat oven to 400 F. Whip potatoes with mixer until smooth and add white sugar, egg and vanilla.
In separate bowl, mix brown sugar and flour. Add margarine and stir until melted. Pour over casserole and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
