Greek Dressing
Ingredients:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 ½ Tsp. dried oregano
¼ Tsp. garlic powder
¼ Tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Recipe directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor, or combine in a jar and shake vigorously until ingredients look well mixed. Refrigerate for two hours before first use. Shake before every use.
