Ingredients:
2-3 lamb chops per person (I typically use lamb chops, also called cutlets, but I have also done this with loin chops)
Olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic per 8 chops
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
Recipe directions:
Rub lamb chops with a little olive oil, crushed fresh garlic, salt, fresh pepper and fresh chopped rosemary. Let sit for 20-30 minutes before grilling. Grill on outdoor or indoor grill until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees for medium rare (for medium, temperature should reach 160 degrees). Start checking temperature after about 15 minutes.
