Matilda’s Garlic Dressing

From Stop and Smell the Rosemary

Ingredients

½ cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup half and half
3 large garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1½ teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper

Directions

Process sour cream, mayonnaise, half and half, garlic, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a food processor. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to chill. Adjust seasonings before serving. Makes 1 cup.
