Roasted Pumpkin Spice Chickpeas

One of Karina’s favorite fitness accounts (@sydhealthynfit) recommended this recipe for a convenient, crunchy snack that satisfies fall tastebuds. 

Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas
1-2 Tbsp. olive or avocado oil
½ Tbsp. pumpkin spice
½ Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

Pre-heat oven at 350°. Rinse and dry chickpeas and pour on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle pumpkin spice and cinnamon. Roast for 25 minutes, then broil on high for three minutes.
