Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
Dash of red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Recipe directions:
Boil and peel eggs. Cut in half, remove yolks; place hollowed egg-white halves on a plate. Place yolks in a bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper, salt and pepper. Cream together with a fork until mostly smooth. Spoon back into egg-white halves and sprinkle the tops with paprika. Keep refrigerated. Serves 6.
