Spinach Blueberry Salad

 

Ingredients: 

4 cups baby spinach
½ cup blueberries
½ cup toasted walnut pieces
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Recipe directions: 

Place the spinach, blueberries and walnuts in a bowl. In another small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve immediately.
