Avi Dubey was born in Houston and passed through Memorial Drive Elementary School and Spring Branch Middle School to get to Memorial High School, where he is currently a rising junior. For Avi, ever since he could walk, sports was life. Avi plays basketball at Memorial High School, but spends much of his free time following the NFL as well as the MLB and NHL. Furthermore, Avi’s passion for sports and developed enjoyment of writing led Avi to test the waters in the journalism field, where he specifically wants to cover sports at every level. Who knows, maybe one day you could see Avi writing a sports article about himself!
