I realized that I loved writing in seventh grade and haven’t stopped writing since. I joined our school newspaper, The Oracle, my sophomore year as a sports editor, and became an editor-in-chief my junior year. At Stratford, I’ve played football all four years, and I’m involved in Young Life, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Student Council, which I will be the president of this year. Stratford feels more like a small town than a school. We call it "Stratford America" because it has a unique culture that you have to be part of to fully understand.
