Parents and students mingled at the home of Dr. Joseph and Terri Agris at a kick-off party. The party was in honor of some new folks in leadership positions at community-service organizations Leading Ladies and the Houston Area Youth Council on Service. Everyone munched on bites from Hungry’s Cafe and Bistro, toured the impressive home, and hung out near the petting zoo in the backyard. Parents mingled and got to hear the students’ goals for next year. Pictured (from left) are Bellaire High School juniors and leaders, including chair-elect Sena Sarikaya, chair-elect Samhith Punukula, BHS president-elect Erin Rice and BHS president-elect Vikram Seth. Helping to guide the Leading Ladies next year are other Bellaire High School students, Bellaire vice presidents Hannah Hester, Greer Blitzer, Payton Gasper and Jayleen Rivas, and Youth Council Bellaire vice presidents Austin Abbott and Ryan Levitt.
